The poster "Modeling Behavioral Competencies in Crisis Management Scenarios" (by Paris Mavromoustakos and Johannes Steinrücke) has been accepted at the Psychonomic Society 2018 conference.
The poster presents some early results obtained from the first experiment that was run, focusing on stress resistance and analytical skills in crisis management training using the Mayor's Game. Discussion revolved around not only the evaluation of these two behavioral competencies and which would be the most efficient ways of modeling them, but also the general goals of the Data2Game project and the expected results of crisis management training games.
